I'm setting the bar high this month and giving myself five books I'd like to read. With classes starting up again, it's possible I may not even get through one but why not dare to fail?
1. Wild by Cheryl Strayed
I haven't seen the movie yet & don't intend to until I read the book! For anyone who has read & watched it, did the movie do it justice?
This is one of my "oops" books that I started last semester and never finished. The first book I read by Moyes was the predecessor to this one, Me Before You, and that ended with me crying and wishing for more of the story. Hopefully I'll be able to finish it while I'm still on my break!

I don't know much about this book but my extremely well-read sister enjoyed it & I've heard nothing but good things. (Plus, I have a soft-spot for anything & everything Paris).

I've had this book on my shelf since it was released a few years ago & (again) never got around to reading it. I've read all of Giffin's previous books (Something Borrowed, Something Blue, Baby Proof, Love the One You're With, The Heart of the Matter, Where We Belong) and loved them. In fact, I met her when her book tour came to Georgetown a few years ago & she was delightful! But I thought I heard she would be releasing a new book soon & I want to be ready for it!

This book keeps popping up in my life & my sister just received it for Christmas! It's nice to add a little historical fiction to the mix and with everyone raving about it, I can't wait to read it! (And as you can see, Paris...)

Happy reading!
